Meet the Founder / George Powell, Jr.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, George has witnessed through the years the debilitating challenges of poverty and financial insecurities experienced by countless African-American families. While many choose to magnify this overwhelming epidemic on society, George, with unwavering faith in God, made a decisive choice to create solutions to overcome these challenges in efforts to deliver hope.
As founder and CEO of Exponential Equity Group, LLC, George leads through creating the vision for the company while simultaneously aligning with forward-thinking partners that are working towards opportunities to advance our community. His role carries the range of responsibilities from strategic planning and real estate asset management to community partnerships and investor relations.

George received his Bachelors degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
George is a dedicated husband to beautiful wife Nicole and loving father to 4 amazing children Jessica, Jasmine, George (Nicholas) and Jackson.
